Doctor. Biochemist. Five-Time National Champion IFBB Pro. Top 10% of his medical school class.
Doctor. Biochemist. Coach. Athlete. Built for Results.
I coach high-performers who demand precision, mastery, and a body that reflects the standard they hold in every other area of life. As an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and five-time national champion, I combine elite athletic experience with the scientific rigor most coaches simply don’t have access to. My background includes a doctorate in medicine and advanced training in biochemistry, psychology, and sports medicine.
My approach is built on physiology, biochemistry, and clinical evidence — not trends, bro-science, or guesswork. Whether you're an experienced athlete refining the final ten percent or a driven professional ready to apply the same discipline to your body that you've applied to your career, I'll help you optimize performance, address underlying health issues, and build a body engineered to perform.
My Background
I was raised in a home where nutrition and exercise were core values, shaping my understanding of health from an early age. I developed an early passion for both academics and athletics, and my dedication earned me multiple scholarships to the University of Michigan, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology.
While earning my degree, I supported myself through a wide range of jobs — substance abuse counselor, janitor, pizza delivery driver, alcoholism hotline operator, and waiter. Each one taught me discipline, empathy, and resilience that no classroom could.
I went on to pursue a Master's in Neuropsychopharmacology at Wayne State University School of Medicine, originally drawn to a career in neurosurgery. My research there deepened my understanding of how the brain and body function at peak levels — but it also revealed a different calling. I realized my real passion was sports medicine, where my love for human performance, fitness, and nutrition came full circle.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine, graduating in the honors program in the top ten percent of my class. During my residency at St. Joseph Mercy, I began training and competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding, eventually earning my IFBB Pro card and winning five national championships. With a working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, I optimized my own performance while helping patients transform their health — many losing significant weight and reducing their dependence on medication.
Today, I coach a select group of high-performers who want a body that matches how they live: deliberately, rigorously, and without compromise. Merging clinical expertise with firsthand athletic experience, I deliver results that hold up under scientific scrutiny and real-world pressure.
If you hold yourself to a higher standard, I'd like to help you build a body that lives up to it.
