Klarna Purchases – Right to Withdraw & Cancellations (Services Only)

For purchases of services paid for using Klarna, the following policy applies and supersedes other cancellation policies:

• Customers have the right to withdraw from a Klarna-paid service purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the service has not yet started.

• Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period.

• Once any portion of the service has started, no refunds are permitted.

• Rebooking fees, service credits, exchanges, or transfers are not applicable to Klarna purchases.

• Approved refunds will be issued to Klarna and processed within 14 business days.

 

This Klarna-specific policy applies only to Klarna purchases of services. All other payment methods remain subject to Toddle MD, LLC’s standard cancellation and refund policies.
